This 2 hour Webinar is designed to help the Associate Dentist in response to COVID-19. Dental worker and patient safety challenges will be discussed. We will cover OSHA, CDC and ADA guidance on Covid-19. You be provided with trusted resources for current dental infection control and safety during this pandemic and beyond. You will have an opportunity ask questions gain insight on solutions.
Now is the time to update and fine tune your Infection Control practices, procedures, and protocols. Boost confidence, reduce errors, and provide a culture of infection prevention and safety that patients expect and team members deserve. Checklists will be provided.
- Understand NEW CDC and OSHA guidance surrounding COVID-19
- Learn how to select and properly use appropriate PPE disinfectants.
- Understand how to set up systems and checklists for infections control to reduce the risk of exposure to infectious agents.
- Review steps for screening patients while assuring them that they are safe in our care.

Leslie Canham, CDA, RDA, CSP
Leslie Canham is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with over 49 years of experience in dentistry. Leslie sought to continue her career by exploring the continuing education needs of dental personnel. Her research led to OSHA compliance training for dental offices.
